Product Substitution

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item(s).

Although we continually monitor our inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. We will call or e-mail you to determine if you would like to wait for the product to be in stock, substitute other items, or cancel part or all of the order. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will contact you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so.

However, items for which we are most likely to make a substitution for one brand of a product for another at our discretion include:

Gari: For example; Bo gari for Choice or Nina Gari

Palm oil:  example; Nina Palm oil for Fresh and Tasty Palm oil

Egusi: example; Choice Egusi for Nina
